Scope of Work

The owners were looking for the second floor to be converted into a secondary suite type of space. The renovation includes new exterior stairs to access the second-floor suite from the exterior. The roof will be modified to reflect a new dormer, and some of the existing interior walls will be removed to provide an open and welcoming living area.
