I found John to be very helpful through the whole design process. He was able to assist with guiding me in regards to codes, design optimization, timing estimates, and more. I appreciated the extra research that was done for my unique project as well. As someone with little experience in obtaining building permits it was very beneficial.
I was worried about optimizing my design, which included a multimedia studio, within the space available. With Thomas Drafting’s help in suggesting options we were able to make several revisions and come up with a smart design. The process was smooth and John was very easy to work with. I felt confident having Thomas Drafting involved, and as detailed as my small project was, the design and application process went very well.
